The 254 not only has a growing indie rock scene, it also has a equally growing hip-hop scene as well. In recent years, there have been many Waco rappers who have been on their grind. As a way of showcasing their talents, A-RayTV in collaboration with NuTastic Designz created The Official Waco/Central Texas Cypher. Inspired by the BET Hip Hop Awards Cypher, this cypher features many of Waco’s best & brightest rappers such as Duce D, Kam KT, DQ Hampton, former Lady Bear Jhasmin Player, & Quistar Go.
